Responsibilities**

* Resolve escalating issues with retail customers

* Assist our attorneys on customer demand letters and lawsuits

* Provide necessary documentation to support claims

* Responsible for all paperwork on Legal Settlements or Prevention

* Process vendor charge backs on legal cases where applicable

* Discuss repair and return procedures with dealers and retail customers

* Schedule return units along with prep paperwork

**Qualifications**

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Intermediate computer skills

* Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts

* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
