Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to split The Gardens of Trent/New Bern and The Gardens of Pamlico/Grantsboro, dynamic and innovative Assisted Living health campuses. You must hold an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OT) state licensure to apply for this position.

Qualifications:
  • Must have an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OTR) state license
  • Proven track record of successful patient care experience
  • Experience working with a geriatric disabled population preferred
