Description

One BA is needed to support RTMS site implementations covering the following workstreams:
1.) Manufacturing, Warehousing and Quality Assurance
2.) Planning, Supply Chain, Master Data
This position focuses on testing end-to-end business processes of RTMS solutions, upgrades, and enhancements.
The BA will be doing the following work:
Collaborate with Business Delivery Team Leads and IT SMEs to build and analyze applicable use cases and user requirements.
RTMS UAT Testing.
Host and facilitate requirements gathering workshops
Work with BDTL to sequence testing (string testing) and assist in identifying what data/ infrastructure is necessary to test.
Lead Product Quality activities including but not limited to planning, execution, defect management, and daily reporting.
Liaise with IT Validation team and IT SMEs. Create supporting documentation and route for approvals. Input and manage scripts in HP ALM.
Deliverables: Security matrix, Traceability Matrix
Provide additional business analytics support to the business and IT stakeholders as needed (training, impact assessments, etc.)
Provide administrative support in the assigned workstream(s) such as incorporating feedback into documents and routing documents through controlled documentation system(s).
Understand the project management process and contribute to tracking of individual progress
Schedule and support large meetings, including facilitating, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
The BA, along with the BDTL will analyze existing use cases, user requirements, and test scripts for applicability to the change being implemented.
BRD development and testing of final system model.
Once this documentation is established, it is necessary for the BAs to work with the BDTL to document testing, configuration (for ALM), sequence tests, identify the roles and responsibilities for each test, identify PQ testers for each test, and identify test data needed for executing the tests.
BA will be responsible for configuring ALM, uploading user requirements, test scripts, configuring use cases, building test sets, obtaining test and test set approvals.
BA will be responsible for managing PQ execution including ALM access, scheduling, environment access, utilizing the ALM software, managing defects, routing testing output for approvals, and daily reporting to the Manager.
Familiarity with:
End-to-end (string) testing
Master data concept
Education:
BachelorÆÂÂÅžÂs degree required in Science or Business management or Pharmacy or Biotechnology etc.

Skills/Experience:
Preferred Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, Life Science, or Cell Therapy industry experience.
Awareness of regulatory compliance, GMP and validation (CSV)
Experienced in business analysis processes including requirements gathering, requirements documentation, process flow charts, requirements traceability, PQ testing, etc.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project Management tools
Desire and ability to learn new software and applications quickly
Attention to detail; strong communication skills, pro-active, organization
Flexibility in changing approaches with process improvements
Awareness of business and enterprise architecture.
Understanding of fundamentals of Systems Development Life Cycle and Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
Nice to have: BluePrint, HP-ALM or electronic testing system experience
