Summary:
Our team inside the Cloud Experiences Studio is seeking a UX researcher who is passionate about understanding customers and the potential of the cloud. As part of a multidisciplinary studio, you'll be conducting research for core parts of our customers' cloud commerce experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Deeply collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and conduct UX research
  • Contribute your research perspectives throughout the product design process to build user empathy and guide product direction
  • Identify and prioritize research questions and methodologies to deliver research insights that influence product design
  • Design and execute studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Communicate research insights through written reports and live presentations in clear, concise, and compelling ways
  • Collaborate with other user researchers to leverage each other's work across the studio

Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills: Ability to translate insights into research reports and recommendations; ability to present research findings in clear and compelling ways
  • Knowledge and experience across a range of UX research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time

Education/Experience:
  • 2+ years UX research experience required
  • Experience collaborating across disciplines (design, engineering) and across teams; ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team

Candidate Requirements:
  • 2+ overall years of experience in the field.
  • No degree is required to be eligible for this role.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with mixed methods usability testing experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with quantitative analysis tools (User Zoom, Qualtrics, etc.)


Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
