- Experience with Field Deployment Activities, such as realignments, and Veeva Align tool

- Client has requested a Business Analyst ("BA") for services related primarily to the Veeva Customer Relationship Management product in support for the Field Excellence and Operations business function
- Veeva CRM Description of Services
• Develops relationship with Veeva CRM Customer Success Manager
• Collaborate with Business Members to understand business needs & challenges faced, confirm requirements and Technical design changes align with expectations to understand and gather Requirements.
• Documents Business Requirement Documents in collaboration with the business and seeks approval as appropriate
• Collaborates with IT Functional Leads and IT Platform Leads to create Functional/Logical/Technical Designs
• Confirms Development Feasibility and Timeline with IT and sets timeline and solution expectations with Business
• Write User Acceptance Test ("UAT") scripts and actively supports and facilitates UAT execution
• ssist with documentation and handover to application support teams and service desk
