As a CDL Driver - Flatbed & Crane/Boom Operator , you will ensure building materials are delivered to the job site accurately, safely, and on time. You will work closely with customers, fellow team members, and supervisors to guarantee projects are completed to company standards. This position requires patience and steadiness, along with a teamwork mentality. An ideal candidate will prefer a steady work style and enjoy executing clear objectives in a team-focused environment.

Requirements
  • Current Class B CDL License
  • 1 year of prior commercial driving experience
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Qualified motor vehicle records for past 3 years
  • Follow safety expectations set by company safety policies
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
  • Patient and stable work style, focused on consistency and repetitive routines
  • Cooperative listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful to them
  • A customer service, team-oriented focus is of utmost importance
  • Attention to detail, with better-than-average accuracy and careful attention towards quality work
  • Agreeable and relaxed communication style
  • Flexibility to work overtime hours as needed
  • Knowledge of roofing, siding and other building products helpful, but not required
