**Product consultants take a consultative approach to demonstrating vehicles based on a consumer needs analysis. This is an exciting, gratifying and faced paced industry. As the transactions average in excess of $25,000, consultants must have good people skills, an outgoing personality and the organizational ability to manage a purchase funnel of prospective clients. Develop quotes and proposals. Support a virtual consultation and transaction process. Physical delivery of closing documents for purchased titled goods. This is NOT car selling as traditionally conducted. Stivers has a strict training curriculum and 3 month training process followed by a defined career track with multiple opportunities for promotion and advancement within the first five years. This is a career path with competitive salary and performance bonuses.**

** **Job Requirements****

**1. A desire for advancement and promotion by consistently hitting goals and targets over a several year period.**

**2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apple Operating Systems and a comfort level with digital devices**

**3. Excellent appearance, organization and verbal skills.**

**4. A valid drivers license with a good driving history.**
