We are looking forward for a Maintenance Technician / Engineer to join our team to ensure the normal operation of production tools and equipment in the workshop.

Job Summary:

According to the equipment capacity development strategy and policy, you are responsible for tools and

equipment, analyze the stop reason of tool and auto machines, take appropriate corrective/preventive

measures to repair the tools and equipment, to achieve the TA (technology availability), OEE(overall equipment

efficiency) of equipment and other corresponding targets.

Main Responsibilities:

Follow requirement to implement the planned/preventive maintenance to ensure the equipment are in good

conditions

Be familiar with line equipment in the factory and be able to repair and do troubleshooting problems.

Be able to perform problem analysis and implement the continuous improvement actions

Regularly communicate with headquarters and equipment manufacturers to obtain the latest equipment

information and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment

Write the detailed maintenance report (OPL) and train other related maintenance technicians.

Make maintenance plan and maintenance document according to tools and equipment maintenance

manual or operation manual and relevant documents.

Be responsible for the management of spare parts of tools and equipment, submit purchase application

according to the consumption of spare parts in stock, and organize the implementation of the

acceptance and storage of spare parts.

Excellent analysis ability, troubleshooting ability, ability to solve and improve systems and equipment

Master relevant professional knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, lubrication systems,

transmission systems, control systems, etc.

Be able to read and understand mechanical design drawings, electrical control circuit drawings,

electronic circuit and other relevant drawings.

Master the PLC control principle and have the ability of PLC programming.

Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations about the safety production and special equipment.

Know the processing technology of equipment parts.

Implement some EHS requirements

Qualifications:

1. Education background:

College graduation with engineering degree (electrical or mechanical)

2. Working experience:

Minimum 3 years working experience as maintenance engineer

Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Be able to have some overtime work in special case

3. Language and computer skills:

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Word,Excel,Power point,etc.)
