Supervision will be done by a licensed clinical psychologist for one year and will consist of at least one hour per week of face to face supervision. The postdoctoral supervision is required for the provider to solidify core competencies in psychological assessment, psychotherapy delivery, professionalism, evidence-based practices, and supervision and will also allow the psychologist to be mentored in the culture of Carle Foundation Hospital. The postdoctoral fellow may assist in helping with the pre-doctoral internship on an as needed basis.
