Provides patient orientation, procedure explanation, and pre and post diagnostic care to completion of test. Performs complete diagnostic imaging tests inclusive of positioning patient, calibration of equipment, and documentation of findings, with the direction of the imaging supervisor/manager. Assists patients with basic patient care needs.This is a PRN role. Wednesday or Fridays night shift 7p-7a.Responsibilities:Every day you will review and verify physicians orders, perform CT exams, communicate and involve patient of the diagnostic test and start Patient IVs.CT ExamsStart patient IVsPerform equitpment quality checksRoom maintance after proceduresInform patient of diagnostic procedure being performedQualifications:To thrive in this role you must have:Associates Degree preferredRegistered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R ) (CT); must maintain currentCertified by the state of Texas - MRTCPR/BLS certificationPreferred - One (1) year of experience as a radiographer or one (1) year of radiography clinical rotation experience in a healthcare setting#DIAGNOSTICIMAGING #IMAGINGSLWH#J-18808-Ljbffr
