Systems Analyst Professional

BenefitElect is looking for a Systems Analyst Professional to join a fun, fast, nimble, growing company that has a fantastic culture and is a leading solution provider in Benefits Administration software.

The Systems Analyst Professional plays an essential role in ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time and within budget. They support client implementations, requests, issue resolution, annual renewal and must be detailed oriented and possess a unique mix of hands-on execution, excellent verbal and written communication skills, solution focused, and drive to champion value with BenefitElect clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the discovery, design, and implementation of BenefitElect SaaS solutions for clients.
  • Complete requirements analysis, ensuring that documentation is complete, concise, clear, and understandable.
  • Analyze benefit product and plan structure, rates, and rule specifications to design client-focused solutions.
  • Through a proficient, in-depth knowledge of system functionality and features, configure BenefitElect to meet client needs for accurate benefit enrollment and management.
  • Drive client transition from implementation to the on-going use of BenefitElect through training, testing, and constant communication.
  • Work effectively with all members of the BenefitElect organization to address and resolve client issues expeditiously.
  • Address challenges quickly and effectively for prompt issue resolution
  • Explain technical details in a plain, clear, and simple manner.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field of study, or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Client Services, SaaS support, System setup and support, or Enterprise Software participating in and leading large, complex projects within a SaaS environment.
  • Use of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel at an intermediate to expert level to troubleshoot data issues.
  • Experience with payroll/benefit solutions, HRIS, insurance, HR, and/or employee health insurance is a plus.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat or NitroPro in PDF form creation is a plus.
