The network includes more than 20 ambulatory clinics featuring primary care a freestanding Emergency Room Express Clinics and imaging and diagnostic services.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for customer service calls related to lab outreach. They will be responsible for maintaining Outreach laboratory supplies, distribution to laboratory clients, and coordinating various office tasks.
Answers all calls coming into the laboratory and directs the caller to the correct person or department if they are unable to service the caller.
Maintains laboratory supplies for Outreach Lab Customers. Orders as needed and pulls supplies for Client requests.
Maintains employee binders.
Runs and resolves various reports for multiple areas of the Laboratory.
Acts as the mail room distributor for the lab.
Makes flyers, training sheets, and additional communication materials as needed.
Keeps up with the employee phone list and departmental phone list.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Pay Range
$11.41 - $15.69 /hour
