Help at Home is committed to delivering a gold standard in care through our attentive and well-trained staff who support our clients comfortably and safely within their homes and communities. **Supervisory LPN will support clients and caregivers in our Atlanta-Central, GA territory.** **Job Summary:** Under the guidance of the Branch Manager and local market leadership, the Supervisory LPN collaborates with local and market teams to: + Perform in-home assessments to determine support and client needs + Conduct regularly scheduled supervisory visits of clients + Monitor personal care and companion care services provided by direct care staff + Assist in educating direct care staff to ensure quality of care + Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and all related documentation **Qualifications:** + Practical Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia + Current CPR certification + One (1) year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is a plus + Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills + Energetic team player with a positive attitude **What We’re Offering:** + Competitive hourly wage + mileage reimbursement + Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision) + 401(k) + Strong clinical support system + Work/life balance + Internal growth opportunities
