Severe Service Specialists (Triple S) is a manufacturer’s representative and factory authorized automation facility for valves that are engineered to withstand severe applications. Our ADREM™ line of specialty valves are engineered for the demanding requirements of the chlor-alkali industry. We pride ourselves on knowing our customers’ processes and being able to provide flow control solutions. Triple S is also an authorized automation facility for Mogas, Adams, L&T, and other valve lines we represent.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products.
The exciting things you will do in this role….
- Assist sales with advertising materials, communications as well as talk about promotional and communicational needs.
- Working with consulting group to redesign company’s website.
- Design company’s social media platforms.
- Gather information from company’s CRP system to prepare management reports.
- Managing layouts and designing of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
- Designing and implementing classical marketing projects.
- Promoting and attending trade shows, charity events, as well as customer training classes.
- Arranging necessary aids for speaking and attending presentations and giving feedback to the speaker.
- Developing and writing sketches of graphics and consulting with the printing company representatives on the requirements of particular project.
- Developing and coordinating multimedia packages like brochures, letters, purchase displays, video and so on for specific assignments.
- Developing direct programs related to mails and monitoring rolls of the campaign and ensure success levels at conclusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism or communications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
- Contacts with local printing and marketing companies.
- Experience with LinkedIn and Adobe Products.
- 3 years minimum marketing experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in SalesForce
- Proactive approach to duties, complex problem-solving, excellent decision-making, and top-notch time management.
