The Account Supervisor, Client Partnership is responsible for client success and growth for key agency account(s). The Account Supervisor is responsible for the partnership between Ansira and the client(s) they manage, working closely with their Client Engagement team who are responsible for the existing scope/account planning and delivery for the client(s). This person reports to the Account Director or Sr. Director. What you will do: Responsible for achieving revenue goals for accounts and

coordinating opportunity activities/initiatives

Accountable

managing

account

forecasting, scoping

/billing and revenue recognition.

Responsible for identifying, documenting and evangelizing

client goals

across the team

in order to

ensure all efforts are in support of the goals

Responsible for reporting how agency work meets and exceeds goals

and is a participant in internal and external ideation and brainstorming sessions

nderstanding of delivery across agency

. Leverages this knowledge to build and fit into a client's digital transformation agenda

Collaborates with the Client Engagement

team to identify and

escalat

e

red flags for current projects and ongoing work to the

CP leadership team

Assists with gathering information for marketing proposals and other decks presented internally and externally

Assist

with

billing procedures

and tracking

any budget variances to clients and close any gaps. Manage accounts receivable process for past due accounts

.

Responsible for scheduling client

meetings

which includes the following: confirming availability with all parties;

providing the necessary files

, details, and agenda beforehand.

Takes comprehensive notes during each meeting and provides

timely

recaps with action

items

Assists

with gathering business and project

requirements for each

project or

program

Owns, d

and updates

project briefs for new projects

Responsible for

gathering assets and feedback from both clients and key stakeholders and sharing the informati

on with the internal team

Responsible for managing the organization of multiple repository systems that hold valuable documentation and assets as it pertains to the clients supported (i.e.,

SharePoint)

Proactively follows up with clients on

key milestones and deadlines Communicates effectively with the Client to

maintain

a clear understanding of Client priorities

to

help manage and guide internal teams accordingly Conduct weekly/bi-weekly status with the client

Escalate all red flags for current projects and on-going work to Client Partnership lead and SMEs and develop and lead the plan for resolution.

Background and Experience: Bachelor's or Advanced degree

in Marketing or related field
