Our client is an independent brand service company specializing in compliant marketing for the adult beverage industry. The organization provides vital support to streamline product distribution while adhering to regulatory frameworks in different jurisdictions ensuring the smooth flow of products to consumers.

*This is a hybrid opportunity with onsite work in Mesa, AZ.Responsibilities:

Application Workflow Analysis:

  • Work closely with the Client's team to gain a deep understanding of workflows within each assigned application.

  • Document current processes, identify pain points, and document user requirements and expectations.
User Requirement Documentation:
  • Craft detailed user requirements, turning needs into actionable development plans.
Process Optimization:
  • Streamline processes and boost system efficiency.

  • Propose practical solutions that make a real impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on existing processes.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong background in documenting processes and user requirements.

  • Certified business analyst is nice to have
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Systems Administration.

  • Strong skills in documenting processes and user requirements.
Analytical Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to identify pain points and propose effective solutions.
Communication:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration:
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience working in a vendor capacity with clients is a plus.
