o Systems Used: Alterra, Care Stream, Engenious Med, Amchi, Orchard (All feeds into Centricity)
o Certification Needed: AAPC or AHIMA
o Case Mix: Coding all Profee Internal medicine accounts, May use them in Infusions and/or Rheumatology but not required, Physicians do the initial coding and turn in their charges / Coders review to ensure correct coding and documentation / If correct coder can push through / If changes are needed they would query physician/ If the documentation clearly supports code change and no query needed they can change the DX code
o -DX, CPT, HCPCS, Modifiers, E/M
o Onsite 90 days in Iowa- Remote after training
o Contract/Contract-to-Hire: Contract to Hire
o Pay Rate: $20-29/hr
