Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury is seeking tech savvy, energetic product knowledge specialists to join our team As a full-time BMW Product Genius, you'll be promoting our brand's unique technical offerings to clients and colleagues alike. This is not a sales position and no previous automotive experience or knowledge required -- we'll provide the training We're seeking candidates with a strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand, as well as a high affinity for technology and who enjoy going the extra mile for our clients. In this new role, you'll have the opportunity to meet fascinating people from a variety of backgrounds and to inspire people about things you are an enthusiast of. Additionally, you will receive on-going training to develop your personality and improve your knowledge about new products and features continuously. Responsibilities will include: Informing clients on product specifications of all BMW products and features Conducting the needs analysis together with the client Supporting the Client Advisor during the sales consultation Being the main point of contact for the client to answer questions about products (including usage and function) Benefits Include: Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Superior client relations skills Self-motivated with an outgoing, energetic personality Ability to work well with others Experience in retail strongly preferred, but not required Must be available weekends Must have valid Driver’s License
