Athletics Department Bus Driver

- Must know basic vehicle and traffic laws Competencies / Skills Class B CDL Driver Requirements:
* Clean Class B License with air brakes, Passenger endorsements
* Familiar with DOT rules and requirements. Ability to read basic instructions, road signs and maps, and be able to keep a written log of activity.
* Strong customer service abilities with emphasis on customer satisfaction
* Strong organizational & Time management skills
* Positive attitude with a Professional appearance
* Willingness to learn and be coached as needed Supervision of Employees None Work Environment Transporting student athletes and staff to and from St John Fisher University to competition and practice or event venues. Bus: Embassy 395 Freightliner M-2 bus 8.5 feet wide, 39.5 feet long and 11.5 high. Full cab - driver and co-pilot. Max 36 passengers with back storage area (outside access). GPS unit to determine best route to destination provided on itinerary. Work Hours Mid August thru end of May; hours per week will vary during playing seasons based on driver availability and travel needs. Additional hours in the summer as needed
