The Project Manager is an Information Technology (IT) position and will direct, oversee, monitor, and report on IT Enterprise Applications, Integrations, and Infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with project stakeholders and implement the project workplan to achieve project objectives. The Project Manager will lead daily Agile Scrum standup meetings and help identify and resolve project team issues. This position will lead project resources to analyze project needs, assist with defining requirements, develop user stories, develop, and execute test plans, develop and maintain project documentation, and report (written and oral) project progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including charters, requirements, and change logs.
  • Analyze, implement, and document project progress comprehensively.
  • Manage and guide project team members according to work plans.
  • Produce a wide range of project-related written materials.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration across departments to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure project deliverables adhere to Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Lead Release Readiness, Milestone, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
  • Disseminate release information and schedules as necessary.
  • Encourage timely task completion by motivating project contributors.
  • Support team efforts by assisting as needed.
  • Work with application owners to define project requirements, quality, and user testing.
  • Record and detail defects, including reproduction steps.
  • Use analysis and diagramming tools for business process representation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of testing best practices.
  • Employ Agile project management methodologies.
  • Provide on-call support as required and other duties per unit operations.
  • Oversee portfolio/program progress with updates on business outcomes and metrics.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits.
  • Inform IT leadership of potential project risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Proven ability in managing project resources and directing team efforts.
  • Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in facilitating meetings and gathering requirements.
  • Competence in creating detailed project documentation.
  • Experience in managing Agile software development projects.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Expertise in executing test plans and coordinating testing activities.
  • Ability to craft comprehensive user stories.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with onsite-offshore project coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Background in Infrastructure and Application Delivery.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools, JIRA, and Excel.
