We are offering full time positions to candidates that can multitask and react under pressure. Public Safety Dispatchers are vital for the safety of our guests and team members. Our Security Dispatch team is trained to service the Casino, Hotel, Outlet Center, Reservation and all surrounding areas. Some responsibilities of a Public Safety Dispatcher are listed below:Screen calls for requests for police, fire, and medical emergency servicesMonitor emergency radios and dispatch calls for serviceUse a Computer Aided Dispatch systemMonitor and prioritize officer updates, status, and locationMonitor closed circuit TV systems of casino exteriorBe prepared for a very demanding, fast paced high output environment. This position is full-time and may require working a schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays according to business needs. We are looking for candidates that can display an ability to think quickly and clearly in an emergency situation and resolve problems as they arise by using available resources.The Ideal candidate will possess the following:A high school diploma or equivalent is required and must be at least 21 years of ageAt least 1 year experience using a Computer Aided Dispatch system and phone switchboardAbility to speak clearly and concisely over the radio or telephoneKnowledge of emergency response proceduresKnowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to type 35 wpm
