ROLE SUMMARYThe Food and Beverage Experience Hosts are responsible for mountainside picnic operations including setup, execution, maintenance, and follow-through at The Lodge at Blue Sky.
They are someone who is organized and efficient while also creative with an eye for aesthetic details to stage tablescapes and picture-worthy picnic scenes to ensure guests have a memorable experience. This person has a strong understanding of how the operations of the hotel work and have a passion for service, adventure and the great outdoors.
The Food and Beverage Experience Host will also play a key role in operations, helping in every area of the department and aspect of what it takes to run a hotel.This person will be cross-trained with the ability and confidence to take on any Food and Beverage role.
