What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year(s) experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong math skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to lift 80 pounds by cart, dolly, or pallet jack
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders and stairs
  • Ability to handle a 2 pound handheld device
  • Ability to walk for 8+ hour shifts (upwards of 3+ miles each shift)
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines/production goals
What You'll Do as an Order Picker
  • Pick parts for customer orders
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations
