JLL has an exciting opportunity at Salem Center Mall. The Bookkeeper will provide accounting support and office support for the Retail Property Management Team overseeing the Mall.

**Job Responsibilities**

Accounts Receivable

* Make collections calls

* Enter cash receipts

* Enter billing adjustments

* Perform tenant ledger reconciliations

Accounts Payable

* Enter invoices

* Ensure proper audit trail and supporting documentation

* Maintain sales information

* Collect sales reports

* Enter sales into accounting system

Lease Analysis

* Review leases and leasing activity on permanent leases and ensure accurate billing

* Review and/or calculate additional charges as applicable

* Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**

* High school diploma or GED

* Associates degree in accounting preferred

* 2-3 years bookkeeping experience in a retail environment preferred

* Microsoft Office product knowledge, Excel and real estate accounting software preferred

* Yardi experience a plus
