** Route Driver - Evergreen FS - Pontiac, IL**

Evergreen FS is farmer-owned cooperative serving the needs of customers in McLean, Woodford, Livingston, Dewitt and Macon counties. Providing a full range of farm supplies and services including agronomy, seed, fertilizer, fuel, structures, custom turf, financing, marketing advice and products. Specializing in the production of corn and soybeans and operate several grain elevators as part of our operations. **PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT**

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, helps in the delivery of heavy fuels and LP, along with the servicing and setting of tanks and equipment associated with both heavy fuels and LP. Also helps with the delivery on any packaged oils and assists in sales when needed.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

Responsible for the delivery of Propane & Refined fuel to customers located within a 50-mile radius of assigned location.

Performs service-related propane and refined fuel installations.

Records and transmits customer sales transactions daily.

Maintains company equipment according to company standards and performs routine maintenance on the equipment as needed.

**OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS**

Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, rebuilding, and/or servicing location equipment, vehicles, and structures as needed.

Responsible for maintaining company equipment according to company standards, adheres to the company Uniform Policy, and maintains the appropriate professional image

**REQUIREMENTS**

Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 - 3 years or more of delivery driver and/or applicable service-related work experience to demonstrate knowledge necessary to operate a single or tandem axle truck.

Must obtain and maintain all applicable licenses, certifications, and/or permits as required in order to perform the required duties.

Ability to operate company software

Must be willing to work hours beyond those considered normal.

Frequently exposed to extreme weather conditions. Working conditions may occasionally include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.
