Description The position of Metal Smith will learn the art of working with precious metals within a manufacturing production line, utilizing both hand and power tools to craft fine jewelry products under the leadership of the Traditional Manufacturing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grind and polish jewelry using a variety of tools
- Attend to large and small details on the product
- Review product before and after processing for defects
- Solder and weld equipment to melt, shape, and remove attachment seams
- Maintain pace within production line, ensuring quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in tasks requiring manual dexterity and close-range detail observation.
