Aaron Overhead Doors is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Finish Carpenter. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in building out openings for doors and screens, assisting with installations, managing warehouse needs, and launching our innovative door-build program.Responsibilities•Constructing openings for doors and screens with precision and attention to detail.•Assisting in the installation of doors and screens, ensuring proper fit and functionality.•Managing warehouse responsibilities including unloading trucks, pulling parts, and quarterly inventory.•Taking initiative in launching and overseeing our door-build program, where we will be building our own doors.•Collaborating with team members to ensure everyone is on the same page for the jobs you're working on.•Quantify, shape, cut, and smooth carpentry materials•Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements•Construct window and door frames, rafters, partitions, and stairways•Inspect, maintain and repair structuresQualifications•Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques•Accurate measuring and math skills required•Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity•Must have valid driver's license
