If you're a top-notch sales representative with a can-do attitude and experience in the payroll, HR and/or time & labor management industry, we've got an opportunity for you.

B2E Solutions helps businesses connect to their employees by delivering the market leading UKG Ready workforce management solution with B2E's personalized service. We're a private, locally owned organization that offers competitive pay and benefits, including a 2-hour jumpstart on the weekend every Friday

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years successfully hunting, prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business
  • Demonstrated proven sales success as a top producer in HR/Payroll or Time & Labor Solutions sales or related industry
  • Understanding of executive level business drivers, value expectations, business cases, and ROI assumptions
  • Excellent influence and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with "solution selling" methods
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
