Role: JBPM Developer

Contract

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BPMN 2.0-compliant process models.
• Design and develop efficient and scalable business process solutions using jBPM.
• Customize and extend jBPM functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Implement integrations with other systems and services as part of the BPM solutions.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the BPM solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on BPM best practices and methodologies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in BPM technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing BPM solutions using jBPM.
• Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling concepts.
• Expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks.
• Experience with open-source BPM tools and technologies.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
