Journeyman Carpenter

Cedar Park Group is looking for experienced Carpenters with 6 years of experience. 7.30am-4pmRequirements:6 years of experience working in the Masonry / stone, brick and block.Knowledge Carpenter with steel and wood stud experience. Journeyman level 5 years minimum solid work history.Knowledge of framing studs, headers, bottom and top plate and applications.Knowledge of drywall and bracingCan read tape measure effectivelyUse of speed square and power tools that are corded and portableExperience with the safe use of handheld and power toolsCan read blue printsCandidate must enjoy working outside, be self-motivated, detail orientated, as well as demonstrate excellent communication skillsKnowledge and use of power equipment is desirableInterest in safety is a must; OSHA 10 preferred Must be able to work in extreme weather/field conditions including cold, muddy and wetMust be able to lift 50LbsMust be able to work 40-hrs./week (weather permitting)
