Job DescriptionAs the Emergency Room Technician (ERT) in Amery Hospital & Clinic's Emergency Department, you will perform routine treatments, assist in the collection of patient specimens (urine, stool, and finger stick blood glucose) and provide clerical support to staff such as ordering supplies. In this role, you must be able to prioritize the urgency of patient needs, initiate the appropriate interventions of care and accurately report patient data to RN in a timely manner.Work Schedule: 12-hour day shift, with every 3rd weekend rotation.Required Qualifications: Completion of National EMS program Current EMT, AEMT, Paramedic or CNA license in the state of Wisconsin BLS certificationPreferred Qualifications: Experience in EPIC computer system.
