Responsibilities

  • Calibrate and certify Environmental Monitoring products
  • Technical recalibration of other products as required by order type
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting quality or functionality issues to the Fulfillment and Engineering teams
  • Assist with product inventory, receiving, handling, storage, inspection, preparation, and shipping.
  • Responsible for compiling and assembling hardware to fulfill customer orders
  • Follow SOPs and produce thorough and consistent documentation when required
  • Analyze data and report results
  • General shipping and receiving tasks
  • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Fulfillment Services
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in electronics, logistics or a related field is preferred. High School diploma is acceptable with supporting experience and certifications.
  • 2-4+ years in an external fulfillment testing environment or minimum one year as Fulfillment Representative within CenTrak.
  • 2+ years of experience in MS Office- especially strong Excel skills

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Demonstrate knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work with a variety of hardware and software
  • Ability to analyze and logically troubleshoot defective products
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently once trained
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to understand the technical details of the product
  • Overtime as needed
