We are continually growing and assisting more clients in our area and we want YOU to be a part of our growing team Come be a part of our multidisciplinary team and have FUN at work Make sure to check out our awesome benefit packages too We would love for you to come tour our new facilities and meet our amazing Team OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REGISTERED JOB DESCRIPTIONDevelop and manage occupational therapy plan of care for all clientsMaintain accurate documentation of the plan of care within company timelinesUtilize evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventionsEnsure that clients and families receive the highest quality of care through a caring and compassionate approach to servicesWork with other health care professions, providing education and training as requiredMaintain client confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies and proceduresTrain new occupational therapy members on job post functionsMaintain safety of clients and staff by following all cleaning policies and proceduresCollaborate with the Quality Manager for clinical in-services and continuing educationPerform other duties as delegated, required or requested RequirementsOCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REGISTERED JOB REQUIREMENTSA current/active license or ability to maintain a license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.Maintain current CPR certificationStrong collaboration skills and motivation to work with people at all levelsMust be able to manage self by statistics and abide by conditionsCandidates must be willing and eager to work with adult and pediatric populations.OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REGISTERED BENEFITS OFFERED:We offer competitive benefits compared to other surrounding companies in the area.
