Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable in paving operations, have two years of operating a roller and must be able to see and correct defects in surfaces being rolled, such as depressions, swales, seams, edges, etc.Education and Experience: No formal education required. Requires two years of hands-on, asphalt paving experience including all aspects of laborer and roller compacting duties.
