IVR Tester \ Empirix Automation

  • Support our IVR and call center technologies and provide development expertise to mid-large size efforts to solve complex problems.
  • The responsible for analyzing, designing, building, testing automation scripts, debugging, documenting, implementing, and maintaining new or existing applications and software.
  • Review and analyze user need and design proposed system solutions based on requirements.
  • Participate in the development and testing of these solutions and ensure adherence to defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with other IT and business professionals and deliver high quality results.
  • IVR Test Automation Experience required
  • Experience in developing voice Routing Call flows
  • Experience in CX One Contact center architecture
  • Experience in installation of Inbound application
  • Experience in installation of outbound application
  • Exp w/ Imperix hammer or exp w/ cyara must
  • Exp w/ automation, not just running but developing test scripts
  • Selenium Automation experience in plus
