This position maintains major plumbing components and fire protection systems. The Plumber works in conjunction with other maintenance and facilities staff.ResponsibilitiesProvides effective and responsible plumbing system repairs and maintenance.Maintain plumbing schematic drawings, service manuals, and operating manuals.Inspection, performance testing, preventative maintenance and safety certification of hospital plumbing and gas systems.Supervise plumber/pipefitter contractors to ensure standards and codes are met.Performs other duties as assigned or requested.QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent.Formal education as a plumber/pipefitter.Current plumber's license.Minimum three years of experience.Our Cultural BeliefsPatient First.
