By embracing these values,we aim to create an innovative and inclusive culture that positively impactseach of our residents and employees.Brookstone Estates of Mattoon North is seeking a Van Driver/Activity Aide to join our teamOur Van Driver-Activity Aide will coordinate, develop, andmaintain quality recreational and social programs for our residents, visitors,and Community. Our Van Driver-Activity Aide is responsible for:Driving the company van on organized outingsDocuments the resident's participation inactivitiesDevelops a monthly activity calendar based onthe resident's needs and desires and ensures that it is posted throughout thefacility and meets State and Community standardsEvaluates the overall effectiveness of theresident's activity program and, as necessary, modifies the program to meet theresident's needs and interestsCoordinates a resident council to ensureresident input into the activity programCoordinates resident shopping orders for thoseunable to shop independentlyRequirements:High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredProof of valid driver's license with insurancein good standingExcellent written and verbal communicationskillsPrior experience in developing and coordinatingactivity services for the senior population is preferredBenefits & Beyond:Growth opportunitiesSelf-service payroll (PayCom)Medical, dental, and vision benefit packagesavailableDailyPayWork-life balance | Paid Time Off401(k)EAP & Maven family planning programGardant Management Solutions proudly oversees the operationsof this Community.
