"Treat people the way you like to be treated" Role: The Senior Sales Director will have the opportunity to work closely with Maxonic Business Partners, Sales, and Talent Acquisition teams with their unique business model of staffing. Maxonic processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for servicing entrusted clients. Onboarding new clients. Define and implement strategies that will help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider to direct clients. Build long-term relationships with direct clients and help them fill their technology resource needs and contribute to their growth. Track and review all processes and parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics in the direction of the business goals. Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high level IT consulting. Well versed in IT/Technology. Responsible for constant interaction with clients & VMS. Understand the skills, strengths, and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open positions. Coach and mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parameters. Well aware of the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing. Maintain relations with the existing clients. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must be independent and a self-starter. Excellent presentation skills and pleasing personality. Ability to travel extensively within the territory. QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition in IT staffing. Approach New Client Acquisition: Direct Clients, VMS/MSP and generate business from them. Ability to think strategically. Proven leadership and relationship building skills (networking). Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management. Adherence to Ethical business conduct. Experience selling IT staffing or technology solutions. Bachelor's Degree Required.
