  • Require 10+ years of overall experience with at least 8 years as a Quality Engineer in Functional & Automation Testing and 2+ Years as QA Lead/Governance Lead
  • Experience in Capital Markets Domain and preferably in Fund ccounting
  • Experience in creating testing strategies and engineering best practices related to software test engineering, both manual and automated testing
  • Experience in Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Agile Tools, Client ALM
  • Experience in root cause analysis and defect diagnosis techniques
  • Experience with implementation of test automation for data warehouse testing
  • Having experience in QA automation using Java is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile
  • Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Strong process development and implementation skills
  • Ability to lead and work well with multiple priorities, and effectively handle concurrent demands to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to formulate clear governance strategy, present and gain support
  • Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities
  • Ability to Translate between the Business and Technology
  • Ability to navigate across complex interpersonal levels, influence leaders and their decisions
