As a **Skin Therapist** at Dermalogica, you will be an integral part of our team, building lasting relationships with customers and striving to meet overall store goals and objectives. You will have the opportunity to provide clients with a full range of personalized skincare solutions and services, including Face Mapping consultations, personalized skin care treatments, and home-care solutions. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** : + Educate and inspire customers to learn more about their personal skincare needs and the unique benefits of Dermalogica products + Conduct Face Mapping analysis and provide personalized skin care treatments + Maintain and increase knowledge of Dermalogica's product line and treatments by attending training sessions + Achieve monthly and yearly Retail and Service productivity expectations + Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room **Education and/or Experience:** + California Esthetician License **required** + **Minimum of two plus (2+) years** of experience working in a sophisticated retail environment, Medi-Spa, Dr's Office **required** + Knowledge and professional experience with Dermalogica products and concepts are **_highly desired_** + Previous experience in a treatment room **_preferred_** + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and point-of-sale system + Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), opening and closing shifts **required** + **Must reside** within a 30-minute commute of the store: **1022 Montana Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90403** At Dermalogica, we offer competitive salaries, and outstanding benefits including, Health Benefits, Monthly Product Allowances, Profit Sharing, Annual Fitness Reimbursement, Domestic Partner Benefits, 401(k) Matching, not to mention a host of other perks.
