Internet Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Specialist at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman. As an Internet Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving online sales by communicating with potential customers through various online channels and assisting them with their vehicle purchasing process. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the auto industry, located in Norman, Oklahoma. This role is an individual contributor position, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries and communicate with potential customers through various online channels (email, phone, chat)
- Understand and be knowledgeable about our products and services and effectively communicate them to potential customers
- Manage and maintain a database of potential customers and follow up with leads effectively
- Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our dealership and assist with their vehicle purchasing process
- Utilize digital and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive online sales
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals and objectives
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth sales process
- Attend training and stay updated on industry trends and new products to effectively communicate with potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in internet sales or sales in the auto industry preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using digital and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
