NOTE: The Doctors Clinic [TDC] has a Professional Services Agreement with Franciscan Medical Group; a not-for-profit organization. Physicians who refer to Occupational Therapists hired by TDC have no profit or loss interest in TDC’s Occupational Therapy department. All profits and losses of running TDC’s Occupational Therapy practice are owned by Franciscan Medical Group.

JOB TITLE: Occupational Hand Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist

FTE: Flexible: 0.6 FTE part time to 1.0 FTE full time
SCHEDULE: Part time: 8-hour shifts 2-3 days a week, or Full time: 8-10 hour shifts 4-5 days a week. Flexible start time (between 7a-9a), 30-45 min lunch
LOCATION: Salmon Medical Center, Silverdale, WA
REPORTS TO: Clinic Manager

JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of conditions, injuries and illness within the scope of practice of an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist and in collaboration with The Doctors Clinic physicians.

Therapist will work with a network of hand surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, occupational medicine physicians, family physicians and advanced practice clinicians. This practice offers a busy caseload of trauma, degenerative diseases, and occupational injuries.

Requirements:

· Current certification by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC);
· Current license in the state of Washington;
· Graduate of accredited OT or PT program;
· Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers;
· Advanced skills in orthotic and custom splinting fabrication.

The hourly salary range for this position is $36.76 to $55.14. The salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data. At The Doctors Clinic, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Compensation and benefit eligibility are based off of FTE, assigned job classification and description.
