Position: Deskside Support/Desktop Support
Location: Austin TX (Onsite)

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.) 8+ Years
Hardware repair of Laptops(Client & Lenovo) and iPads( standard and Air).
ssist users in diagnosing issues and perform technical services related to SOLIDWORKS CAD / PDM.
Uses installed Unified Endpoint Management and XDR systems to ensure all endpoints have up-to-date patches, backups and A/V scans.
Experience on Office 365 application troubleshooting and licensing model
Imaging of laptops to the standard image available.
Setting the equipments (laptops & iPads) as per customer policy.
dvanced OS/software troubleshooting that cannot be resolved over the phone.
Thorough knowledge of iOS operating system, its upgrades and related troubleshooting.
Moderate knowledge of Android operating system, its upgrades and related troubleshooting.
Knowledge to troubleshoot VPN issues related to Pulse secure, VPN On demand, Pulse client etc. on IPads and Laptops.
Experienced troubleshooting of wireless and wired networks. Hands on experience on tools like MDM AirWatch console to manage users mobile devices.
