Thank you for being a part of the Ricart familyWhat We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:Provide excellent customer service by listening and asking questions to get the correct part in a timely fashion for the customerGreet all customers promptly and in a professional and timely mannerRecommend related parts that are needed to complete a service jobFollow-up with the customer during the process to let them know when the specific part for their repair job will be inAssist wherever necessary with delivery drivers with their orders and routesMaintain a proper filing system for all repair orders, special orders, backorders, wholesale estimates, etc.Any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Essential Job Functions: 2-3 years in automotive parts environment preferred, but not requiredHigh school education or equivalentExcellent written and oral communication skillsMust be able to work cross-functionally with other departments and maintain a calm, helpful demeanorMust be able to work nights and SaturdaysMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift to 15 poundsRicart Automotive is an equal opportunity employer.
