Relationship building is paramount in what we do every day for both our internal and external customers.Schwieters Companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area is seeking to hire a full-time, Experienced Finish (Interior Trim) Carpenter. As a Finish Carpenter, you complete all the interior finishing for both our commercial and residential projects. Using your carpentry skills, you finish baseboards, casing, crown moulding, hardware, window trim, door trim, and more. You also install stair rails, doors, vanities, and cabinets. Because you apply the finishing touches to each project, your eye for detail is essential to ensure that everything is done right and to our company standards.Each day, you enjoy multitasking and being able to work with your hands.
