We have created an unparalleled standard of care in the industry, and we are seeking PRN Night and Day Clinical Technicians for our Littleton, CO, location who can meet that standard and deliver the finest possible care. Our Clinical Technicians are a vital part of our therapeutic care team and provide crucial support to our patients as they progress through the medical detoxification process. Primary Responsibilities Include:
Vital sign and telemetry monitoring
Patient physical care and assistance with daily living activities
Ensure patient safety
Launder linens
Maintain cleanliness of the facility and help with patient rooms
Manage supply room inventory
Participate in quality management and staff meetings
Support nursing staff in managing disruptive behavior in the clinic
Help to create and maintain a recovery-based environment

Requirements

Successful Candidates Must Have:
High school diploma or GED
2 years' experience in a hospital, clinical, behavioral health or substance use disorder setting preferred
Knowledge of basic crisis intervention techniques
Current CPR certification
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in medical record documentation
Thoughtful and empathetic problem-solving abilities
Desire to be part of a team dedicated to bridging the gap between detox and recovery
Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and push 100 lbs.
Ability to treat patients with dignity and empathy in challenging situations
Strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to providing patients with exceptional therapeutic care
Compassion for all patients facing trying physical & mental health crises
