You will complete nutritional assessments, provide counseling on nutritional needs, and notate information in the consumer's chart to be utilized during their stay and upon discharge. You will participate in team meetings to develop nutritional care plans as well as develop educational materials for use in programs. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Overtime and travel may be required as needed.
