Centrex Rehab is looking for a motivated individual to lead the rehabilitation team at Aurora on France in Edina. We are looking for either a COTA, OT, PT, or PTA. This individual will facilitate operations within the rehabilitation departments from both a quality and financial standpoint. This individual will also provide direct supervision for each employee within the departments and will be expected to provide some treatment to patients each week. Prior management and supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications are:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
  • Ability to manage inpatient/outpatient therapy programs
  • Excellent understanding of all payor sources
  • Knowledge of therapy industry and federal, state and local government regulations
  • Financial planning and budgeting skills
  • Ability to provide therapy on an as-needed basis
