Our Surgery Center has been a staple in the Frederick area since 1988 and we're looking for a professional candidate who can match our longstanding commitment to providing exceptional care.As a fast-paced environment, we need someone who can hit the ground running. You must have graduated from a surgical assisting program accredited through ARC/STSA and certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). Plus, you'll need to have a BLS certification to join our squad.As a member of our surgical team, you'll be responsible for assisting during surgical procedures, ensuring that the surgical environment is sterile and safe, and utilizing your knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and provide assistance as needed.We're ideally looking for someone with at least one year of experience in a surgical setting and who has previously worked in a Surgery Center. You'll need to be cool under pressure, have a sharp eye for detail, and have a real desire to be a part of our amazing team.We don't just want a surgical first assist, we want a superstar who can bring their personality and flair to our team.
