Job DescriptionWe are looking for an associate attorney with 2 - 4 years of Arizona personal injury, civil litigation experience to handle various civil matters from the outset of the case to conclusion. Candidate should be self-motivated, organised, detail oriented, possess a professional demeanour and strong communication skills. Applicant must be licensed to practice law in Arizona and have knowledge of State and local laws, the ability to analyse case law, draft legal documents and appear in court, settlement conferences, and arbitration.Responsibilitieshandling all aspects of civil matters, including preparing demands, Notices of Claim, pleadings, and discovery, negotiating settlements, lien reductions, mediation, arbitration, depositions, and trail.The ideal candidate will have a commitment to clients to ensure they know we care about them as people as well as caring about their case.Should be an intelligent, hardworking, energetic person who can function independently and as part of our team.The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, excel in time management with the proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.Associate Attorney#J-18808-Ljbffr
